As part of our commitment to supporting our customers we offer a variety of maintenance services which are designed to be flexible, reliable and affordable and meet the needs of each individual customer. These RCS maintenance services contracts are also available to businesses who are not RCS clients.
Emergency Repairs 24hrs – 7 days per week
We offer a 24 hour 7 day per week emergency repair service via our dedicated mobile help line. We aim to repair equipment faults within 12 hrs of a call being received but in some circumstances this is neither possible or practical.
The 24/7 service is charged as follows – a one off annual registration fee payable in advance allows a client access to the 24/7 service. Once a client is registered they are allocated a unique maintenance contract identification number which should be quoted when making an emergency call out request. In, addition a call out charge which is agreed in advance is charged plus expenses and any parts required. This service is available to multi-site and individual operators.
Available to all our customers we are able to quote for one-off repairs to either the equipment or the fabric of the building, kiosk or trailer.
This service is only available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and requires a minimum of 48hrs notice. The charges consist of a one off call out fee payable in full in advance, plus a day rate charge per engineer, expenses and parts as required.
Annual Maintenance Contract
With the RCS annual maintenance contract we cover –
All parts and labour
Just parts with labour charged on an individual claim basis
Just labour with parts charged as required.
Depending on the specific agreement expenses will be either included or charged separately on a call out basis.
The terms and conditions of the RCS Annual Maintenance Contract are agreed in advance. The payment terms are 50% of the contact value prior to the start of the contract with the remaining 50% payable in 12 equal monthly payments by direct debit.
Annual Cleaning Contract
At RCS our annual cleaning contract can either be a one off annual contract or a regular cleaning plan on a monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly basis.
The agreement can cover either or both the equipment and/or the fabric of the building. A detailed cost plan for either type of contract will be agreed in advance to ensure all aspects of the contract are understood. The agreed cleaning plan can cover any aspect of the trading outlet from tyres to coffee machines and shutters.
